General Conditions
    Payment Policy:
  • Payments can be done in cash, credit card (Visa or Master Card), bank transfer or check payable to: Cabaņas Uaguinega S.A.
    Cancellation Policy:
  • Every cancellation done on the same date or less than 24 hours before, Uaguinega Eco Resort will charge 100% of the service fees.
  • Cancellations done 24 hours before the reservation date will have a 75% charge of the total payment.
  • Cancellations done 48 hours before the reservation date will have a 50% charge of the total payment.

UAGUINEGA ECORESORT WILL NOT REIMBURSE SERVICES WHICH
HAVE BEEN VOLUNTARILY UNUSED DURING YOUR STAY.

UAGUINEGA Eco Resort WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR
PROBLEMS FACED WITH FLIGHTS, be them national or
international airlines (changes in Schedule, delays in flights).

    Reservation Policy:
  • Reservations and payments will be done through Uaguinega Eco Resort office in Panama and must be confirmed 72 hours before departure to ensure appropriate coordination of all our services.
  • Reservations and cancellations should be done via email or fax for confirmation.
  • In order to ensure the best service, we request our customers to indicate the type of diet they have since our specialty is seafood but we have a menu that includes white and red meats.
